Original supplied product imageryThe seller advertises a 60-day money-back guarantee, while written terms specify physical returns, customer-paid return shipping and conditions for refund eligibility.
What the promotion says
The sales page advertises a 60-day refund window from the original purchase and describes product returns as part of the process. Shipping and handling are not promised back.
What written terms add
The seller terms request returned physical items, identifying purchase details and order documentation, and state that returned damaged items are not eligible. The buyer pays return shipping. These rules qualify broad marketing wording.

How to request help
Contact the actual seller through its published support route and confirm the current return destination and required documentation before sending a package.
Keep proof
Preserve receipt, order number, written terms, support messages and package tracking. The independent affiliate website cannot approve or issue refunds.
What to verify next
- Ask whether the statement comes from the physical label, a vendor page or independent research.
- Check exact ingredient quantities and the context of any cited scientific study.
- Consider the current order total, shipping and written refund conditions.
- Seek qualified healthcare advice about medicines, health conditions or caffeine sensitivity where relevant.
Individual ingredient studies should not be translated into guaranteed finished-formula outcomes. Read our labeling guide for the information still needed.
